Keith Kellogg was a national security adviser to President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. He recently backed up Trump's long-standing claim that the National Guard had been offered to U.S. Capitol Police days before the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

Kellogg dropped this tweet on July 29 in response to a Washington Times opinion tweet:
