According to 19 House Republicans, President Joe Biden’s DHS is planning on using tax-payer money to fund the transportation of illegal aliens from the border cross country. Republicans expressed their concerns in a letter they wrote to Amtrak officials cautioning them that Biden may want to use their services soon.

Republicans worry this could cause disruptions for customers and would interrupt freight traffic which would further exacerbate America’s supply chain problems. Additionally, it would constitute an unconscionable use of significant amounts of taxpayer money. Republicans are extremely concerned because nearly 200,000 illegal migrants have entered the US in July alone.
