The DOJ plans to file papers asking a court of appeals to vacate an Oct. 21 order that had cleared the way for depositions from:

📌Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Jen Easterly
📌White House Digital Strategy Director Rob Flaherty.

The following also been included in the Oct. 21 deposition order, but are not included in the request to vacate:

🚫Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki
🚫FBI supervisory special agent Elvis Chan
🚫Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases

Pennsylvania mother of three Toni Shuppe is not running for office, but Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro keeps bringing up her name in his statewide campaign advertising for the governor’s seat.

He has called her a dangerous conspiracy theorist who spread blatant lies about the 2020 election.

Now she is suing both Shapiro—the Democrat candidate for governor—and his campaign manager, Dana Fritz, for making defamatory, slanderous, and libelous statements about her, court documents say. Shuppe says these statements have damaged her reputation and brought threats to her safety.

After the ACIP Committee voted 15 to 0 in favor of approving the COVID shot for children, 22 states quickly expressed their disapproval by outlawing COVID vax mandates or plans to bar such mandates.
