RT EXCLUSIVE inside Kazakh crisis: Military BUILDUP in Almaty as tensions reach boiling point
RT’s Igor Zhdanov managed to send a clip from Nur-Sultan despite internet being shut down in Kazakhstan, showing a convoy of military equipment arriving near the House of Ministries after law enforcement had been driven out.
Looters have begun ransacking ATMs, as well as seizing Almaty Airport, smashing up Mir 24 TV studio offices and setting fire to govt buildings and the former presidential residence.
Local media reports suggest protestors have also set fire to the Kazakhstan state TV channel in Almaty. (RIA Novosti)

Prevention and Enforcement Provisions in the 1948 Genocide Convention
The prohibition on genocide is to be enforced at all times, whether during peace or war.
The Convention provides for not only the act of genocide to be punished but also any conspiracy, direct and public incitement, attempt to commit, or complicity in committing genocide (Art. 3 of the Genocide Convention).
All persons who commit such acts must be punished, whether they are “constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals” (Art. 4). No matter what a person’s official position may be, he or she cannot benefit from any form of immunity.
What are we REALLY facing here folks......
