No virus has ever been isolated and thus none proven to exist. Germ theory was the lie they built their profitable and evil pharmaceutical emporium of fallacies on. Look into Terrain Theory instead. Our bodies detox from impurities from time to time in the form of coughs, fever, runny nose, to get rid of the mucus buildup and cleanse itself. The mucus are the toxins that the body has moved into one area, so to speak, so it can be bought up from our nose and throat, when we get a cough and a runny nose, in the form of snot and phlegm.
Flu, cold, pneumonia, is just the body cleaning itself. Nothing to fear and absolutely normal. A detox such as this can be started when someone who we hang out with/are around of, like living or working together daily or often in a week, if they're detoxing. That doesn't mean it's contagious. But it's similar to women who live together or work together all getting their periods at around the sake time after a while. Since we are group animals, our bodies start working in sync after a while of being near each other daily or near daily and detoxing together is part of the group syncing. It's an evolutionary survival mechanism that has kept us stronger and alive as a group. Also groups, like families, often eat meals together, eating the same things, which could create toxins in the body if not organic and clean always, which then triggers a detox in their bodies, and that then might be at around the same time with the others.
The whole family could then enter a detox (cold, flu).
