Heirloom seeds can be used indefinitely from the crops grown from heirloom seeds as nature intended. GMO seeds are engineered to only give one time crops. The seeds from these crops cannot grow into new crops. This makes the farmers having to annually buy new GMO seeds from the government appointed GMO seed sellers like Monsanto.
These evil industries get rich, while the farmers get poorer and the people and nature suffer horribly, leading to extinction of entire species, with the pollinators like bees on top of that extinction list.
