Farmers growing patented GMO seeds are denied their traditional right to save seeds for the next year. New stock must be bought annually!! Per law by the govt. That way farmers are forced to pay the govt and Monsanto/Bayer for each crop cycle/harvest, when they could simply use nature-made heirloom seeds, once acquired, never having to buy them again.
