Without anyone using their apps, they wouldn't have these apps to be used to control people.

Use alternatives (if you must) instead of all apps owned by Zuckerberg & Musk. If you want to keep them due to having friends & family on it (like FB). Do not be active on it. No likes, no interactions. No sharing anything. No activity.
Keep it strictly as a way to contact family in emergency situations. Make a post and pin it stating that you are no longer active and to contact you via phone/email/in person.
