What is taking place in Ukraine, so you understand what the US is actually doing. It is a process called Debt-Trapping:

In a scenario where central banks connected to the US buy out Ukraine's infrastructure during a manufactured war, the central banks use a strategy that involves providing high-interest loans to Ukraine with probable lengthy windows to repay at first. The default, or likelihood of default on these loans will subsequently trigger the credit default swaps purchased by the foreign banks, which allow them to earn profits at the expense of Ukraine.

A Credit Default Swap (CDS) is a financial instrument used by investors to hedge against the risk of default on a debt obligation by a borrower. In the case of Ukraine, it would allow a foreign bank to bet on the country's default on its debt obligations as a means of profiting from it.

The foreign banks offering the swaps are essentially selling insurance to investors. If Ukraine defaults on its debt obligations, the investors who purchased the swaps will receive a predetermined payout from the bank, offsetting their losses from the default. This creates an incentive for foreign banks to encourage Ukraine to take on more debts with higher interest rates, because they are betting on the country's default rather than its ability to pay back the loans.

Once Ukraine defaults on its loans (again by design), the foreign bank can use this as an opportunity to buy out Ukraine's infrastructure assets, such as natural resources, businesses, and infrastructure. This type of maneuvering allows the banks to use the country's financial ruin as a way to gain control over its assets.

The acquisition of Ukraine's infrastructure by foreign entities following a manufactured war would create a situation where the country is stripped of its resources and industries by the foreign power, leading to social and political unrest, and a loss of control over its destiny. Such actions typically have long-lasting implications for the people and countries involved.
