Oil isn't running out, it doesn’t come from fossils, it its generated by Earth constantly, the price we have been paying is due to the lie that it is scarce and will eventually run out.
That said cars can run on simply water.
But they don't want people to know that, because they want everyone dependent on electric powered vehicles, which the NWO government can track by 5 G and control its usage easier. Blackouts that can last as long as they want and no one can drive/ escape their future smart city prisons.
