There is no need to fear a cold/fIu. It is the body detoxing from toxic buildups. Trust the process and let it run its course. When your body is done, it will be cleaner and stronger 💪 

Things not to do while detoxing (having a cold/fIu)

- Do not take antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals. No cold "medicine" (it's not medicine, it's poisons), no pain pills, fever reducers (fever is necessary to cleanse), no cough syrups, no throat lozenges/cough drops, no NyquiI, allergy pills etc

- No physical exertion, no stressful situations, no exercise

Do's:

- Rest, rest and more rest. Stay in bed, relax, sleep

- Eat minimal solid foods, drink fresh juices to flush out the toxins faster, have chicken, onion and carrot soup (add some noodles if you like), ginger and honey tea, oregano tea, other herbal teas

- Your main goal should be to get all the mucus out when you cough and if you have a runny nose. The more you help the body get it out the better.
