More and more banks are not letting you withdraw your own money. Never keep more than a few bucks (enough to cover the monthly fee) in any bank accounts. This is just the beginning.
Then deposit whatever is needed for any electronic withdrawals if absolutely necessary.
If you aren't required to allow automatic withdrawals for payments, then cancel automatic payments for any bills.
Do NOT keep your money in banks. Only enough to pay your bills as they come, monthly.

When a bank asks you to prove why you need to withdraw your own money, you don't give them an answer and put them in their place. Without your money they would not exist and these bank tellers so full of themselves thinking they own your money, would quickly understand that they wouldn't have a job!
