1) This is a picture of the SUN
2) showing a handstand pose...one of the best yoga poses for opening 3rd eye (intuition), crown chakras (connection to God) and throat chakra (speak truth). Opening those chakras are even higher level than heart chakra, necessary for ascension. Energies on Earth that are now coming in, allows you to achieve that.
3) His post says "sundown" and since he posted on Nov 25th at 2am, the sundown applies to today's sun down. Implying an awakening occurs at sundown based on the pose shown.
