VAX RATE CORRELATES DIRECTLY WITH DEMOCRACY
I did quick scatter plot of Endeavour's chart (above) of the correlation between the EU's "Democracy Index" and vaccination rate (per Google). The results are statistically significant—the more democracy the higher the vax rate. According to Cohen (1988), an R-squared value of 0.5 is a strong correlation, and this data comes out to 0.49.
Of course economic and other factors are at play but the data clearly backs up Endeavour's hunch: if you want to avoid the vax, you'd be much better off living in an authoritarian state.
