Thoughts About The Tunnels & underground stations

I’ve been thinking about the reset that is predicted 2040 by Archaix “Phoenix Phenomenon” and seeing that it’s likely that the money being syphoned out of the system to build these underground tunnels is in preparation for this event.
If you add that with the transhuman agenda, the alien agenda, the release of huge amounts of technological that must have been ready for years before, to control the speed of technology evolution in the early 1900s. Even the truth movement has been allowed/ pushed to develop by state controlled players such as Icke and Jones, and the obvious fakery of moon landing/ 911/ Space travel left many clues that have allowed millions, especially these last few years to wake up just in time to avoid taking the injections.

So for me it’s obvious that those who really control things are timing everything in build up to this event.

One possibility is that they wanted to make sure the survivors were the brave/ intelligent types as their would be a limit to how many could survive underground.
