This is how virologists claim to isolate a virus. The methodology originally developed by John Enders in 1954, is still used to this very day. Notice that they never isolate a viral particle, they merely starve and poison a cell culture and when the cells die, they claim the virus was responsible and this is defined as "isolation".

It's important to note, a virus particle has never been observed in, nor isolated from the bodily fluids of a human being. There is not a single scientific experiment documenting a purified & isolated virus being exposed to a healthy host and causing disease.

The best way to handle anyone trying to coerce you into any medical procedure is to conditionally accept with a document that lays out the potential risks and have the employer/agency agree to accept the liability with a signature. If you are harmed in any way by the test/procedure then the employer is liable and must compensate. Generally, the agency will not want to assume the risk and you can come to an agreement. This is the same process for vaccines, masks or anything else you are being asked to do that compromises your bodily autonomy.
