It’s difficult to live in the world without using smartphones, wifi or staying away from the cities. Plus of course they’re blasting us from above with emf’s just about everywhere with their trails and ha-arp equipment.

The “elite” also need to live amongst this so there’s obviously ways we can change our own frequencies and detox etc that we can do so that we learn to thrive instead.
