There have been about 100 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome caused by the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. This may sound like a lot, but when you consider it is a single dose vaccine, and there were 12.8 million doses given, it represents 0.0000078125 percent of the recipients. An astronomically, infinitesimally small amount.

Why am I pointing this out to you? It is not likely those of you reading this have any interest in the ridiculous vaccines. You, like me, prefer to err on the side of actual science, and avoid mystery goop injections.

I am telling you, because the Washington Post is currently running attack articles (being repeated by other outlets) over the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
But what you might not know, is that The Washinton Post is owned by Amazon, who hosts the infrastructure for Moderna's vaccine, and was heavily involved in the production.
In fact, on March 1st, of 2021 Marcello Damiani, Chief Digital and Operational Excellence Officer at Moderna, was joined by Todd Weatherby, the Vice President, Of AWS Professional Services Worldwide for a conversation about the vaccine development.


Marcello Damiani, of Moderna, had this to say:
"Our data scientists built algorithms to accelerate the design of sequences for messenger RNA. In terms of research, all our algorithms rely on computational power from AWS to further our science. On the manufacturing side, everything is fully digitized, paperless, and sits on AWS—including our manufacturing execution system. In fact, we were among the first in the industry to build our manufacturing execution systems on AWS. Then for clinical trials,  most of our clinical trial data resides on AWS and we use Amazon Redshift for analytics, including those that supported our COVID-19 vaccine development."

Survival requires a certain mindset. I started by thinking about what is truly necessary to sustain life; air, water, food, clean sanitation.

Air is a given, but not to be taken for granted. We know that gov'ts are bioengineering our environment by introducing chemicals in our air. As much as we hate masks, there is a time and place for them — be prepared.

Water; I live within a long mile's walk from a river. My wife and I have already discussed walking down to the river every morning with empty jugs in our backpaks to collect water, when the time comes. We got a high quality, gravity fed water filtration system that does not require electricity. In addition, we have collected rain water as a test.

Food; we live in a tiny apartment, in a building complex in a major city. Although growing food in our apt. is not impossible, it is not practicable. So, we bought shelving that takes up a precious 3sq feet, by 8 ft tall shelving unit. We calculated how much food we would need for one meal a day for two years. Rice and beans can provide a complete protein and carbohydrate base. We got canned sardines, beef, salmon and some MREs. This is for emergency use, we may not have ALL the nutrients and micro-nutrients, but we should get the basics. We have an electric stove, in case of no power, we can sprout the beans and cook rice with a simple solar system. It is not perfect, but we're talking survival.

Sanitation; as long as we can get water, we can bathe and flush our toilet...it may get stinky because we may only have enough water for one or two flushes a day, but with one meal a day, the amount of waste will also be reduced.

The reason for sharing is, that just thinking about what could happen and doing some preparation is WAYYY better than not thinking about it at all and expecting everything will always be okay. That's why we had people hoarding TOILET PAPER, of all things, in the 2020 panic. Sheeesh!

It is our duty as students of history to remind our journalists that those including journalists, politicians and doctors who said "obeying orders" in Nuremberg were sentenced to death by hanging.

"The universal right of Informed Consent to medical interventions has been recognized in US law since at least 1914.

That year, the New York Court of Appeals established the right to informed consent to medical intervention in a case involving non-consensual surgery. Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hospital 105 N.E. 92, 93 N.Y. (1914)
Justice Benjamin Cardozo articulated the court’s reasoning:

“Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault for which he is liable in damages.”

In 2001, the Maryland Court of Appeal explicitly cited the Nuremberg Code as a source of legally enforceable ethical standards in the case against the Kennedy Krieger Institute.

"The Nuremberg code [i]s a summary of the legal requirements for experimentation on humans The Code requires that the informed, voluntary, competent, and understanding consent of the research subject be obtained.
Although this principle is placed first in the Code’s ten points, the other nine points must be satisfied before it is even appropriate to ask the subject to consent.
The Nuremberg Code is the ‘most complete and authoritative statement of the law of informed consent to human experimentation.’

In 2009, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the Southern District of New York cited the Nuremberg Code as: “the universally accepted norm in customary international law regarding nonconsensual medical experimentation.”

The case involved Pfizer which conducted an unapproved, trial of its experimental antibiotic, Trovan on children in Nigeria. The court found Pfizer guilty. Rabi Abdullahi, et al. v. Pfizer, Inc., 562 F.3d (2d Cir. 2009)

Telford Taylor explained, “Nuremberg was based on enduring [legal] principles and not on temporary political expedients, and this fundamental point is apparent from the reaffirmation of the Nuremberg principles in Control Council Law No. 10, and their application and refinement in the 12 judgments rendered under that law during the 3-year period, 1947 to 1949.
