HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION and HEAL THE MIND : BODY : SOUL, NATURALLY - a few of my favorites…

1. GRATITUDE. When is the last time you thanked your body for working so hard to keep you alive? “Thank you, lungs for allowing me the ability to breath life into my being-ness 24 hrs day, 7 days a week. ; “Thank you heart, for continuously pumping the blood through my veins that keeps me alive. “

2. NATURE - being outside in nature can instantly raise your vibration. If you can’t be in nature then just listening to sounds of nature for 30 minutes a day can improve your health, wellbeing and has been scientifically proven to cure depression. It also helps you connect with your inner being!

3. PLAY - finding time to honor that inner child inside of you through doing more things that bring you joy and help you forget about the the things that stress you out. Get in touch with an old hobby or immerse yourself into something creative.

4. MEDITATION - being still. Learning how to be with yourself is profoundly healing for the mind, body, soul.

5. HEALING FREQUENCY MUSIC - listening to solfeggio frequencies, crystal sound healing music like 432 hz (among many others) can heal on all levels.

6. HIGH VIBE DIET - eat more of what grows from mother earth. Organic is best. Stay away from processed foods, gmo’s, additives, toxic chemicals, etc. Eat as clean as possible. Veggies, Fruits, Plants based, Natural supplements.

7. ALKALINE WATER - Alkaline water from a Ionizer machine, not the kind of Alkaline water you buy bottled in the grocery store. Thats not real alkaline water. Drink Natural Spring water if you don’t have an ionizer machine.

8. BREATHWORK - there are many breathing techniques so find what works best for you. Start just by practicing conscious breathing. Turn your awareness onto your breath. slowly breath in through the nose. and slowly exhale through the mouth. Do this for 5 min. Just take time to consciously breath.

Guys - Is anybody else "losing time"? I have always been acutely aware of what time it is, even without looking at a clock. But over the past few months, I am more and more unable to gauge what time it is. And I have been losing increasingly larger chunks of time and it's happening more and more often. As we continue through the ascension process, we continue to raise in vibrational frequency. Those who may have been a match to your previous vibration may no longer be a match - thus creating a repelling effect in your relationship(s). The problem is, you have been on the path of ascension and increasing your vibrational frequency and they have remained the same. A contract of not wishing to participate at this time, if you will. Thus, they could care less about what you have to say. The more you talk, the more irritated they are. The more irritated they are, the more hurt you become. The repelling effect in full swing! There is a reason and purpose for this. As you begin to go through each relationship and re-assess, your old circle of friends falls away, sometimes this includes family members and significant others as well. This is to make room for the new. As you stay in alignment with your higher self through this process, you begin attracting the right people into your field. Like-minded Souls who get you. Then you start re-connecting with your soul group and doors begin flying wide open for you! Are you releasing old relationships to make room for the new relationships that are now a vibrational match and meet you where you are? Each relationship serves a purpose for us; we are either the teacher or the student, or both. As each relationship runs its course, the contract is up and it is time to move on. Release these old relationships with love and wish them all the best. In doing so you are able to progress further on your Divine path and journey.

Knowing a person is like music. What attracts us to them is their melody, and as we get to know who they are, we learn their lyrics. You can learn a lot about a person by listening to a song that means a lot to them.

You don't have to worry about what their vibration is if your vibration is one of connection. Because if your vibration is one of Connection you're going to dominate the vibration. This is the way you learn your relationships. The thing that most people do not understand, is that you get to control the way you feel, because you get to choose the thoughts you think. Most people think that they only have the option of responding to the circumstances that surround them.

This ☝️is a wonderful message and I hope that you all are having experiences like this too. I hope you are seeing synchronicity in your life and finding joy in the midst of the insanity! @AshtheWarriorMom and I found each other shortly after we all got booted an moved to Tgram. We often find ourselves on the same topics and thinking about similar things and I know that God is using that experience to help us to understand that we can "find" each other.

Many of us who are very intuitive can sense each other and it helps in the learning process of honing intuition. EVERYONE can do this. We're not special, ok?! We all have this capability and some are more developed than others. Mine's ok. I'm learning. And there are many people who are much further along this path than I am. But the more I learn, the more excited I am about what's happening.

Has anyone experienced the “I know my rights” phenomenon? You go to the store not wearing a mask and you know that people are going to judge you. But you don’t care. Then you hear from a friend who “tried” (that’s key) the same thing and got attacked by masktards right away. What’s the difference? Your frequency. You were vibing high and your friend was waiting for the confrontation and fearful of what might happen. Lower vibe.
