Just like pain is an indicator that something is wrong physically and needs attention, fear is an indication that something is wrong emotionally and spiritually. It serves a purpose, surely, but much of it is actually self-inflicted. Fear alerts you to danger, to threats. But sometimes the danger is imaginary. Or just a projection of what we think MIGHT happen.
What if I speak up and everyone laughs at me? What if I don't wear a mask inside the hospital and I have to make a scene? What if they try to vaccinate my kids? What if, what if....
When you feel fear, you need to dig deep and trace where it is coming from. What is its root? Many answers lie right at that spot because God did not make us to live in fear.

It's been a long, exhausting, disappointing but incredible day. Our voices were heard. The tiny but powerful authorities decided to ignore them. A local news station recorded it. Not sure what'll come out of that. But in the end, God was in that room. He connected so many of us awake, fierce, willing to fight patriots. I can't tell you how many brought up God. One even got up ONLY to pray. Others said their child WILL NOT comply. More said they'll make absolutely certain to make their voices heard during the next school board election. Many threatened lawsuits.
Oh. They think they won. But they have no clue what storm just started brewing. We are already organizing a protest outside the highschool Monday morning. We will stand with those children willing to fight this.

Recovery of energy
If we want to expand and elevate above the turmoil around us, we need to find acces to our own personal life force.
Instead of feeling like we lose grip, slidding deeper down a rabbit holes where we can not see light anymore and feel trapped in a reality that does not feel like our own.
We can undo this negative vibration loop, we all get stuck in sometimes.
We have acces to our own positive pure love source of life force energy, that is available to us at all time.
We have just forgetten our inate and divine creative manifestation proces of our human design.
Stuck in the reality of thinking and doing, in a dimension that is ruled by filling in the external conditions to survive in daily life.
So many people feel lost and out of balance in this energy sucking way of life, that seems to become more and more difficult to participate in with more and more rules and conditions to comply to.
We pinch ourselves of off this life force with our own negative thoughts and believes and the ones from institutions and people around us in our lives.
As a result this lowers our vibration and we experience negative emotions, in contrast of the positive emotions and life experience we all long for.
Our thoughts and feelings become separated just like our energy flow becomes split.
We turn into walking heads, fretting, stressing and worrying our way through life, looking for answers in thinking and doing.
We shut down our emotions and feelings the moment we stress and loose acces to our emtional guidance system which is the acces to our own life force energy.
Through Mind mastery and meditation we can integrate our thinking and feeling again and regain acces to the positive flow of life energy.
The fault we have been making and where forced to believe as part of our reality, is that we mistake the process of “doing” as that which will bring us these positive emotions.
But you and I were not created as a Human-Doing, but as a Human-Being.
In the proces of just being, during meditation, you will be able to quiet your thoughts, your Mind
and break out of your limitation.
Then the receiving of life force energy can spark your system in the creation and manifestation of what you most enjoy and came to express here with your unique life force energy.
Meditation is an excercise to become stronger in your positive energy muscle flow.
This flow connects you to you higher self, your inner knowing that will guide you in the receiving mode towards positive emotions and the energy that opens worlds of options and insights of the things you want to do, because they make you feel good, resulting in your most positive vibration.
When you acomplish creating positive emotions in meditation, what you are actually doing is signaling your genes ahead of the reality in your now and start creation by activating you with ideas, insights and actions towards that reality.
The body doesn’t know the difference between an emotion created by an experience you’re having in the outside environment and experience you are creating internally by enjoying this new, self created elevated emotion.
So when you practice feeling elevated emotions and think thoughts that are greater than the self-limiting ones that keep you stuck in the past, your body begins to prepare chemically for the future (because it believes the future is happening now).
These elevated emotions have a higher (and faster) frequency than base emotions, like guilt, fear, jealousy, and anger.
And since all frequency carries information, when we change the frequency, we change our energy.
That new energy that comes available to you can then carry new information-a new consciousness or new sets of intentions or thoughts.
You will enjoy a fast flow of crispy energy packed with inspiration of loving vibrations.
Let this intuitive god force guide you through your day.
Let is flow through your eyes, hands and mouth without the interference of your Mind.
Let it guide you to meet life in love in each moment.
