🔹Democrat Otoniel "Tony" Navarrete is facing 7 felonies involving sexual conduct with 2 boys. If convicted on all charges, he faces a minimum of 49 years in prison.

🔹In the recorded call monitored by police, Navarrete admits touching the boy's (now age 16) penis & performing oral sex on him multiple times over several years. Navarrete also touched the victim's 13-year-old brother's upper leg, who had to hit his hand away.
