A two-thirds majority is enough for conviction, but unanimity is required to issue a death sentence during the penalty phase of the proceeding.
The sentence must be personally confirmed by the President of the United States.

There is a possibility for Solar storm activity tonight and tomorrow in the aftermath of a Solar Tsunami that occurred a few days ago. This can bring some very powerful and intense energy to our world that can continue over the next few days.

You may have already been feeling it over the last few days; heightened emotions on either end of the spectrum, tiredness, irritability, triggered, anxiety, short tempered, headaches, having a hard time concentrating and sleeping, or restless energy. This is going to intensify over the next few days.

When powerful solar energy activity hits, make sure you take good care of yourself. Get plenty of fresh air, water, consume healthy food, and exercise. Stay away from negative people and energy (this includes being overly critical and judgmental on yourself). Take the time you need to rest, ground and center in your sacred space.

I’ve given a lot of thought to the decision to depart Afghanistan. There are orders that an officer can refuse. Those orders must be unethical, immoral or illegal. Leaving even ONE American citizen behind to the likes of the Taleban, not to mention HUNDREDS, represents all three of these conditions…from the 82nd Airborne Division Commander, to the Central Command Commander, all the way up to the POTUS (who is clearly not making any decisions), the decision to leave Americans in Afghanistan high and dry is immoral, unethical and illegal. Not one citizen should have been left behind. God help these people.
