PS - just got off the phone with my daughter. They have been instructed by policeto get off the interstate and will have to drive that big ass 18 wheeler through downtown NYC. Please continue to pray for her. She’s only 21 years old. The water blocking the road goes on for 4 miles - Interstate 87 just outside NYC.
