Shikimate Main Sources:
• Pine Needle Tea for shikimic acid or shikimate (from green edible pine needles) There are toxic pine needles, be careful! When drinking pine needle tea, drink the oil/resin that accumulates too! Shikimate, shikimic acid and their derivatives possess: cancer fighting, antiviral, antimicrobial, anticoagulant and antithrombotic properties.
• Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (which is known to neutralize the spike protein)

Plant Sprouts
• Wheatgrass and Wheatgrass Juice (the young blades are high in shikimate)
• Legume family beans that are generally considered to be rich in shikimate. I have found testing of 5 sprouts and all were rich in shikimate: red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), moth bean (Vigna aconitifolia), soy bean (Glycine max), mung bean (Vigna radiata) and alfalfa (Medicago saliva). All these were analysed for their shikimic acid content during germination: so the sprouting process is key to activate shikimate production.

Enyzmes
•Nattokinase (enzyme) and Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. Natto (also rich in vascular protective Vitamin K2) and Nattokinase have a history of being used to prevent blood clots. The idea is here is that the enzyme Nattokinase goes to work dissolving clots. 2000-4000 Fibrinolytic Units per day (2-4 capsules) with or without food.

Michael K. Williams was found dead by his nephew on Monday afternoon in his Brooklyn apartment, reportedly surrounded by drug-related equipment.

54-year-old Williams starred in The Wire, where he played Omar Little, “one of the greatest characters in television history”, according to WaPo journalist Michael Lee.

BBC Syria gas attack report had serious flaws — Informant may have been motivated by CASH!

The channel’s own watchdog ruled that a 2020 Radio 4 show did not meet its own standards for accuracy when it suggested an informant, who claimed the 2018 chemical weapons attack on Douma was staged, may have been motivated by money.

Alex, who claimed to be a former inspector from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), was one of the whistleblowers who challenged the credibility of the organization’s report on the alleged chemical attack. The OPCW rejected any allegations of inaccuracy and blamed Syria’s government for the chemical attack on civilians.

“I am glad the BBC has now made clear that it grasps that my reporting was motivated solely by the search for truth,” Peter Hitchens (who made the complaint) said. “It is astonishingly rare for the BBC to rule against itself.”

Language Alert: National Archives labels some pages of Constitution with “harmful content” - Jim Crow page using N***** is A-OKAY though!??? (Report)

The alert now appears on multiple pages of the Archive’s website, which warns of “potentially harmful content,” when visiting certain pages which include:

▪️Racist, sexist, ableist, misogynistic and xenophobic opinions and attitudes.

▪️discriminatory content on the basis of sexuality, gender religion etc.

▪️graphic events such as violent death, crime and so on.

▪️demonstrate bias and exclusion.

Ironically the warning reportedly doesn’t appear on a page about Jim Crow, which mentions the word n***** multiple times, or on other pages with anti-Semitic slurs. (National Pulse)

The explanation of what caused a loud explosion and made the "ground shake" in Tennessee over the weekend remains a mystery.

The 911 dispatch center in Montgomery County started getting an influx of calls from concerned residents just before 10pm on Saturday night, according to Clarksville Police Dept.

Multiple agencies were sent out to search for the source of the baffling explosion and shaking but after 2 hours were none the wiser as to what caused it – police calling the incident an “unknown phenomena” which did not seem to damage anything nor leave anyone injured.
