There’s an element of detachment that has to happen as we navigate this quagmire we are in. That doesn’t mean that we decide we don’t care. 5. Right Livelihood - Respect life
6. Right Effort - Work toward highest good
7. Right Concentration - Meditate
8. Right Mindfulness - Control your thoughts. Set right intention.

Gosh, that sounds an awful lot like the teachings of The Christ, does it not? 😉

THE SYMPTOMS OF ASCENTION
I'm going to share a small list of unexplained things that happen to us during this process (without seriously symptoms) but may cause us some surprise or even fear. So read the list carefully so you can identify how many of these things have already happened to you. 🦋✨ 🪐

✨ Inexplicable weight or muscle mass fluctuations. This means your weight can vary by up to two pounds in just a few days without this being feed related. Muscle mass can also be modified within days, plus it may appear that our muscles have ′′ holes ′′ and the next day they look normal.
✨ Change in skin color. Surely you've already noticed that there are days that your skin looks more tanned than others, or that you have a born glow that you didn't have before.
✨ Polka dots, freckles or ruby dots appearing in different parts of the body. Getting old or looking younger overnight.
✨ Change in nail texture plus they grow faster. Significant hair loss, accelerated growth or change in color and texture.
✨ Inexplicable appearance of small hollows or fissures in the bones of the face and head. They can literally wake up with a tiny ′′ dent ′′ in their forehead (or somewhere in their head, but they're more common in the face bone) that disappears in a couple of days.
✨ Feeling to have grown a few inches or to be seeing reality from a higher place.
✨ Change in the tone of voice for a more severe tone eventually (not snoring, our voice changes frequency for short periods of time).
✨ Inexplicable changes to food preferences, things know different or develop intolerances to foods and chemicals that we didn't have before.
✨ Changes in the circulatory system, we are ′′ sleep ′′ more often our legs and arms, plus we can occasionally see our veins more swollen or bluer (only lasts a few minutes and then it happens, if it lasts longer visit to a doctor).
✨ We become temporarily ′′ invisible ′′ to others, whether they don't consider us, stop calling us or literally not seeing us when we're in the same place or when we enter a place. Total emotional detachment even from family itself, as if they mean nothing to us. This detachment is temporary, although it can cause a lot of guilt because it's like we ′′ don't feel anything for anyone ′′ (it's a kind of transitional emotional amnesia).
✨ Perceive an intense scent of burn (very similar to the smell of incense smoke), perceive odors, sounds, or even flavors that don't have a real origin.
✨ Spontaneous telepathic communication with animals, babies and even some people get to do it with trees and plants.
✨ Feel like we're moving in slow motion or like we're underwater, waving the floor or ′′ sinking ′′ when we try to support our foot while walking.

Amidst the small ′′ breaks ′′ of receiving energy, some of you may have had a small energy purge and could manifest itself as a passing diarrhea or as a transparent liquid nasal flow, in addition to constant tearing, an increased need to urinate , and lots of fluids and mucus. Excessive exhaustion is also normal, try to sleep as long as you can because you are most likely to have insomnia some two days. A walk in the park and at least 2 litres of water a day will help them to better adapt and integrate all this energy. 🦋☀️ 🪐

I have experienced A LOT of this over the past months. Lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks. I barely eat anymore. Just not hungry.
