So what we see in the radar images posted is some sort of weather manipulation, in some areas the energy is so strong and accurate it looks like shapes of circle or square. i validated with several radar sources, we're in a real weather war.

Currently most of the flood gates of 3GD are opened, we will see water levels in Wuhan downstream spiking soon.

My guess - someone is flooding it, twice. First now, and second when the big rains post CHANTU typhoon arrives.
(or some kind of triangle shaped weather manipulated tool lol)
