Those are the radial rain patterns our weather source mentioned, this guy is watching weather radars for years and I trust his input (he is also validate 3GD data for us)
I noticed additional pattern, this radial rain appears only at sunset, disappears on sunrise
If you scroll throw the images you can see there's a dead-spot in the middle where mapped rain "comes" and "go" around the same "source" - the rain is not "moving" interesting.

BTW - I used to be the officer in charge of our airborne phased array radar system in the AF and my undergrad is in electrical engineering. Nothing about those radar scans is normal or organic.
In fact, those types of patterns are what we would look for as an indication of jamming.
