no matter what. And that edict is so unconstitutional there are hardly words for it. This is a desperate move. It’s not something that makes any real sense (obviously) and it’s completely unenforceable. It’s jibberish.
They are panicking. Make no mistake. And don’t for one second let the fear back in.
When someone is bluffing, you have two choices, you can either call them on it or you can continue to play and pretend you don’t know what they’re doing. Make them play the hand.
Both work. One is a lot more fun.

Form a line northwards along A217 towards Westminster.
As more people arrive, continue to end of line and park at nearest safe point to join.
SUTTON
Cheam Crossroads on the A217 from 12 noon. Form a line northwards along A217 towards Westminster.
This is convenient for those who do not have a car and cannot get to the main Surrey meet point.
Nearest train stations for the Cheam Crossroads are:
Cheam (5 mins walk)
Sutton (15-20 mins walk)
If coming by car, parking available in Quarry Park Road, last turning on right, before A217 coming from Sutton heading towards Cheam.
12 Noon.
Start to arrive at meeting point.
Do not antagonise drivers by blocking roads.
