Cyber ninjas findings so far, next presenter also from cyber ninjas is about to begin:
-50 ballots were ran through the tabulators twice
-Several military/over seas ballots were counted twice
-3,432 more ballots were counted than the list that Maricopa County provided showing who actually cast a vote - Maricopa told them the discrepancy was due to people who would not provide their information due to self security concerns such as a battered woman
-9,041 mail in voters show more returned ballots than what the county shows they were sent (duplicates)
-277 precincts, equating to 1,55 votes, show more ballots collected than they show people who actually voted
-430 ballots do not have corresponding entries and we're not rejected in the official canvas
-397 mail in ballots recieved that were never sent
-255,326 early votes do not have a corresponding entry
-23,344 mailed in ballots came from addresses where the voter had already moved before the mail in ballot would have arrived. This is AFTER they eliminated any addresses where the current resident had the same last name
-2,382 voters voted in Maricopa after they'd moved out of the county
*I missed another address discrepancy concern they listed next*
-5,047 people voted in more than one county. Same first middle last name and DOB.
-393 voters did not have complete names on their ballots
-198 people voted when they did not register by the cut off
-2,861 voters shared the same AFFSEQ? number with another voter
- 282 potentially deceased voters
-186 people with potentially the same voter IDs who both voted


Oh. He also said that during their audit, they had microscopes on the ballots that could tell the type of fibers used in the papers the ballots were printed on. I don't see that he circled back to that in his presentation, but I imagine it has the DS sweating.

2nd cyber ninjas presenter's findings:

-Failed to perform basic OS patch management
-Failed to update AntiVirus definitions - had not been updated since August 2019. The county said that doing so would've invalidated the EAC certification. If this were the case, then no other files would have been eligible to be downloaded or modified either. This defense by maricopa was Not valid, because in fact 1,479 files were created or modified after that dominion software install, which would have made the machines un-certifiable on election day as well, according to the standard set by Maricopa..
-Failed to preserve security logs
-Shared accounts while using common passwords
-Failed to establish and monitor the host baseline
-Failed to establish and monitor network communications baseline
-There were hardware configuration problems such as two hard drives configured in an unapproved manner, and data that was not just Maricopa data, it also contained dominion data originating from SC and DC.
-865 directories and 8.5673 election related files were DELETED between 10/28/2020 and 11/05/2020. It is visible the data was deleted, but there is no way to see what happened to the files after they were deleted to see if maybe they were archived.
-DVD files (results of the election totals, actual ballots, etc): 9,571 directories and 1,064,746 election related files were deleted between 11/01/2020 and 3/16/2021
-HP Pro Scanners showed thousands of additinal files containing election data were deleted on March 3, 2021. This could've been part of their normal process, but there is no chain of custody and no explanation provided by Maricopa for this.
-There were clear intentional overwriting of security logs identified by the admin account: 462 logs on 2/11/2021, 37,686 logs on 3/3/2021 and another 330 logs on 4/12/2021. THE INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OVERWRITING WERE CAUGHT ON TAPE AND HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED!!
- Someone used an application to purge data related to the 2020 election the day before the Maricopa audit began in February 2021
-There was a significant internet history recovered from unallocated space proving that the EMS server was and could be connected to the internet. Maricopa had denied this calability. One of those internet records show an internet connection the same date and time of the purging event that was caught the day before the audits.
-As a cyber security expert, he says there is no way anyone could have considered these devices secure or this election secure. A child, amateur hacker could've hacked the voting machines in Maricopa.

Just cuz. Things are not always what they seem.
