Frens, I continue to find myself in a very odd place. I find that I’m not sure what to say to you today because my heart seems to be breaking, just for the sake of it. Even when I thought it had already happened years ago. Many scars are being torn open.
So, I send you love and will write as I am led today. Right now I am completely choked up, literally and figuratively. So there is nothing for me to do but turn inward. I tell you these things not for any kind of attention, but because I suspect it might be helpful to someone else today.
I have nothing to give you all but myself. And I do that. Freely.
