But misinformation & disinformation is a tactic [they] have used for a long time.

Telling thousands of well-intentioned Patriots that the military has entered Facebook headquarters - without any sauce - is damaging to Patriots who are standing by, just waiting for good news. It provides false hope and is deflating, especially when inevitably, in a few days it will be clear that it never happened.

Just because someone says something you *want* to hear, doesn’t make it true.

Be careful who you follow.
