FEMA did have a role to play in coordinating with the FCC on the Emergency Broadcast test on 11 August.

IMO FEMA has way too much power and no government entity should ever be given that kind of control. IF, and that’s a big if, FEMA has been white-hatted, that would give them free reign to override Biden and his particular brand of fuckery. Conversely, though, if it’s the opposite, we have a big problem.
