ICYMI: Oklahoma Gov. VOWS to Take Biden to Court📎 Over Vaccine Mandate
Oklahoma Gov. Sitt has called the Biden admin. vaccine mandate “not just a federal overreach, it’s unconstitutional,” in a video message posted Thursday.
“Getting the vaccine is a personal choice. Period.” Sitt added, “as the virus evolves, so does the science and the treatments available, including natural immunity.”
“In the event federal emergency rules are issued that place such an unlawful demand upon employers, our office will be joined by other state attorneys general across the country to quickly sue and seek injunction against any implementation or enforcement.”

MAXWELL CASE UPDATE
Maxwell's attorney filed a request yesterday for the government to be ordered to provide co-conspirator list and evidence that they had yet to provide against Maxwell before trial.
The court ordered the government to comply by 5PM today.
Today a **sealed document** has been uploaded to the docket with absolutely zero context.

Seeing lots of people upset that McCabe appears to be walking but I'm not so sure that is really the case. I don't think this necessarily has anything to do with Durham.

If McCabe is on Durham's radar, which I have to imagine he is (Paging @drawandstrike), I don't think he's going to let him walk. They have the goods on everybody, I don't see them offering many deals.
