It’s 3am. I see a lot of 3am lately. I’m not complaining. I get more than enough sleep… which is far less than I believed I needed.
Less sleep, less food, less work, less worry…
Just.
Less.
And I have rejected pretty much every custom, habit, rule and learned behavior that I am aware of.
And I have never been happier, healthier, or more sure that everything in this world is actually full of possibility. It’s our understanding of how it works that is wrong and distorted.
