So, I found this to be pretty interesting the other day in town (London). I was definintely in a flow state and just let my feet take me wherever my intuition wanted me to go . . .
I found my self outside a building called the Faraday Building within a few blocks of the Royal Exchange and the Center of the City of London (yeah that one).
In case you don't know, Michael Faraday was the scientist who studied electric induction and elecromagnetism.

Mercury, the messenger of the Gods, is in the keystone of the doorway. According to occult knowledge, Mercury is also: Hermes, Thoth, Taaut, Cyllenius, Stilbon, Hermes Trismegistus, and Archas and is the one who carries the caduceus. 😉

Good morning, Gorgeous Souls! It’s Tuesday, 26 October 2021 (supposedly) and we are moving right along.
I chose to do something yesterday that I didn’t want to do. I had to help someone very close to me fight a battle, or rather, concede in a battle that he chooses not to fight at this juncture. And that’s his choice to make, as much as I disagree with it. But I understand and I believe that we each have to make our own decisions. Soooo, I’m OVER IT. 🤣

Broad strokes, here is what I see… a very thorough, well laid out indictment complete with references to receipts such as emails and billing statements to back up the accusations. Along with that are references to statements from various people involved, and in reading those statements it’s pretty clear that some would have been prime targets for flipping. By their own admission, they knew what they were doing was wrong, but they did it anyway. Easy pickings. (See section 22-f for a prime example.)
The information in here is detailed and damning. These are NOT the kinds of things one puts forth without being able to absolutely prove them. The dots are there and they are connected. Durham was very thorough and although the other side will want to make it seem like some kind of technicality. . . it isn’t.
SUSSMANN is accused of making a "materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement" to the Executive Branch of the US Government. It’s key here that his statements were MATERIALLY false as they were directly responsible for the inception of the FBI’s opening of an investigation. (Yes, the FBI should have done their own job in vetting him, but that’s a story for another day.)
In the count (p. 27) it states that “the defendant stated to the General Counsel of the FBI that he was not acting on behalf of any client in conveying particular allegations concerning a Presidential candidate, when in truth, and in fact, and as the defendant well knew, he was acting on behalf of specific clients, namely, Tech Executive-1 and the Clinton Campaign.”
This is in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001(a)(2) which deals with making materially false statements to U.S. Officials.
I find it deeply satisfying that Durham states in section B-8-1 that SUSSMANN would have been intimately familiar with this particular section of Code due to his previous employment at the DOJ. Kek.
