From Lawyer Yoder on Instagram, speaking to the active duty military: as it stands now, you are entirely free from adverse employment action so long as you have submitted a religious exemption request and you appeal a denial if/when received. If denied on appeal process, you can then initiate a formal charge with the EEOC thereafter.

For those who are wrongfully denied, I am working towards ensuring you receive any back pay lost due to denied promotions, as well.

In short: Yoder recommends submit your exemption requests and fight back through appeals while I work on obliterating these orders for their unconstitutional existence in the first place.
