⚡️Rittenhouse Defense Pushes for Mistrial

"We learned that Friday...[regarding quality of video]... I am making that request [asking for mistrial]."

Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyers ask for a mistrial to be considered over video being withheld from the jury... specifically footage that was purchased by "Tucker Carlson" over the weekend.

The prosecution says it is too much focus on technological glitch.

RITTENHOUSE Update:

The laptop has been delivered to the jury.

The defense is now stating that if the jury requests to the see the drone footage in addition to the videos just now provided, that they will again ask for a mistrial because the defense was not provided the high quality video until after their case was rested. This rendered them unable to present what they believe can be seen in the provocation clip in question.

RITTENHOUSE Update:

It seems that the jury has now stated “they are ready for everything” meaning they are now asking for all videos, including the drone footage in question.

Judge Schroeder is now asking for the state’s response to the defense motion to dismiss, which he was going to withhold on hearing until a later time when/if the jury requested this specific evidence, which they now have.
