**MAXWELL CASE UPDATE**
🟣The court has recieved a letter and documents from the administrators of the Epstein Victims Compensation fund that they intend to produce 6k-7k pages of documents per court orders.
That's a lot of information on victim payouts. This information must be relevant to Maxwell in order to be included in this trial.
🟣 The government has filed motion to have several last minute defense experts precluded before the beginning of the trial **this Monday**. Defense and the Government have had several exchanges on this witness list this week. The court has yet to make a final ruling on the government's motion to preclude several of these expert witnesses. List of defense experts:
- Dr. Elizabeth Loftus
- Dr. Park Dietz
- Dr. Ryan Hall
- Professor Bennet Gershman
- Robert Kelso
- John Lopez
- Gerald LaPorte
- Jennifer Naso
The court has been known to make rulings over the weekend before, will monitor for further updates before showtime begins THIS MONDAY.
