The prosecution is definitely not doing their diligence here.

They have a highly credentialed expert to speak on grooming and they ask her like 4-5 questions (or so it would seem from the reports coming out of the courtroom).

They don't ask her to really breakdown what grooming is. Just a very high level example.

They don't ask her about the halo effect - of which she is an expert.

They don't ask her anything at all relevant to this case - which would not be speculation because it would be her own expertise, as a noted expert witness.... They don't tie in Maxwell at all..

I'm not seeing any accounts of a re-direct after the defense's cross examination.

All of the channel owners who I know and speak to directly have reported similar. Some have had far worse problems with shadow banning and manipulation of our subscriber numbers.
It’s been happening for quite a while. If you are banned from a channel and you have no idea why, it’s likely this (see below post)
Do NOT assume that the channel owner banned you.

If you have contact with anyone who can get a message to them, try that. Complain to Tgram (not that it’ll probably do much good) or get the owner a message on another platform.

I wanted to take a minute to detail this for you - because I’m concerned that it may be something that has happened more than once.

A great guy emailed me at UncoverDC to let me know he had been banned from my channel, and because of that he wouldn’t be subscribing anymore to our newsletter, etc. He was really very kind about it.

I reached out to get more information in case it was a mistake or an issue with an incorrect click. He provided his username.

What I found was very concerning to me - because I feel like this may happen more than I know but people just don’t take the time to ask.

When I looked, it turned out that it was supposedly ME that had banned him. See attached photo. When I searched our admin log, which keeps a detailed record of EVERY action on this channel, not only was the action not found, but it showed that he had never even commented (which he had told me, but this bore it out to be true). This means that somehow, telegram assigned this action with no steps taken on my part.

If someone you know is upset they’ve been banned from my channel, encourage them to reach out to me so that I can investigate further. Steve provided his phone number so I called him and we had a great conversation (you are super awesome, Steve!) and he gave me permission to share this in case it has happened to someone else.
