I want to share something with you. I did a trauma healing session with Georgie ( @GeorgiMac ) and her husband today and I have to tell you it was a game-changer for me. They were able to help me clear some things that have been there for most of my life and were becoming more and more problematic as I work to move forward on my personal journey. I had tried other methods for clearing to no avail. I've studied energy medicine and I have a pretty robust spiritual practice, but nothing I had in my personal tool kit had worked. This did. And it was surprisingly fast and painless. No sitting and rehashing old stuff. No re-living the pain. (Which, for the record, can actually be very harmful.)
Their method is brilliant.
There really is no way to just ignore something traumatic and have it not affect you. You can try, but it doesn't work. Trust me - I've tried. The effects of trauma get stored in your tissues and in your energetic system. Even, and ESPECIALLY, when you think you have forgotten all about it.
We all have trauma. It doesn't matter if it was colossal or something seemingly small. It all has an effect and it's all relative. Clearing it helps your system to operate properly and leave that crud behind. 😇
