This is the test most sites are supposed to be using, in this file there is a diagram of the sheet that is used to check off which a person is infected with or not infected with. The issue now with the testing is that whomever looks at this information decides if the specimen is positive for C19 but instead of only marking positive for SARS-CoV2, they are marking positive if any of the common Coronaviruses are checked. The old PCR tests could not differentiate between them all but the new one can.

Pcr tests just collect your DNA they don't actually test for any infection.
