As a military veteran who was trained in psychological warfare and went through POW training, I can tell you that what has been used on the populace is very precise and well-studied. One of the most effective ways to break a person’s spirit is to dangle hope in front of them and then take it away. Then repeat.
Make no mistake, we are being tortured and have been throughout this entire debacle. Each individual must make the choice to disregard the “rules” and remove their psyche from the game.
