This is why local is so important. In my local election, there are 21 candidates who will be ELECTED for roles such as the county clerk and county treasurer. They have no competition. No one else is vying for that responsibility or role of power. 21 positions like this in just ONE county in Texas.

How can anyone look at our current "democracy" and say that there's even remotely adequate representation of the American people?

The system is broken y'all. It has been for a long time.

Yes we still need to vote. But no election will ever matter again if we can't get transparency and justice for 2020 and get our heads in the game when it comes to these local roles.
