No heat, cold, laser, microwave, drug, etc. can ‘kill’ the PRION. As it eats away your brain, it is unstoppable on the physical realm. The only way we stopped this disease was to stop feeding animal parts to cows.
Exodus 4 :: NIV. Moses answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, `The LORD did not appear to you’?” … Then the LORD said, “Put your hand inside your cloak.” So Moses put his hand into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was leprous, like snow.
The Torah describes Miriam and Aaron as being rebuked by God for criticizing Moses on account of his “Cushite” wife, after which Miriam is punished for a week with tzara’at (“leprosy”, Numbers 12).
Why did Aaron not get leprosy?
The answer is almost certainly that it was accepted by Israelites as well as Judahites that Aaron had been a High Priest, so he could not have been afflicted with any sort of disease or deformity because that would have made him ineligible for the office.
