It’s Thursday, 10 February 2022 somehow and it occurs to me that this trial we are going through is teaching us to LIVE IN THE MOMENT.
For so long we anticipated, expected, hoped for things in the future. And in being “disappointed” time and again, we learned to stop doing that - To take control of Now and stop pushing our thoughts into the future where they can’t do us any good anyway.
We have been in boot camp and we’ve learned many lessons. It’s time to put them into practice.
