🌹Mirrors of Each Other🌹
We all have deep-seated wounds, whether we are willing to admit it or not.
Hidden deep within the cells of our very existence, inherited from our parents pain, and their parents pain and on down the line for centuries~~
Ancestral trauma that we all carry.
Time to take a look at what’s underneath that rough, tough exterior that we call our ego.
Our egos had a job to keep us safe and put up walls that would prevent us from being hurt.
Always needing to be in a place of control.
Always needing a safe harbor.
Because looking any deeper may open up the floodgates.
Make us take our masks off.
Peek around the thick barrier we built around our hearts keep us safe.
Needing to face the reasons why we act the way we do.
That leads to personal responsibility.
It’s not easy work, but it is necessary if we are to grow in this life.
To gain a greater understanding of what makes us tick.
When we realize that we are all interconnected mirrors of each other, it helps us to process the pain that we’ve all suffered.
Judging another comes from our pain. What we judge in another, we lack in ourselves.
There is beauty and clarity in realizing our human conditioning.
Our programmed reactions.
We’ve been taught that we are separate from one another.
How could we possibly be separate when we were made by the same creator?
Thinking we are better than one another is the ego talking.
We all share human imperfections.
Some of us are willing to look at those imperfections and the source of where they came from.
Dig deeper for answers.
Take nothing at face value. Holding compassion in our hearts for the broken pieces within ourselves that were there even before we were here on this earth.
All that we’ve encountered since the day we were born, every single soul that crossed our paths ~ Every family member, every friend, every lover, has left an imprint on our essence, on our development, on our individual personalities.
Noticing and realizing those things within ourselves first is key.
Remembering that we are all connected and of the same creator.
Holding compassion for all other humans navigating this life, knowing that they are all doing the best they can with what they’re willing to look at within themselves.
People can only meet us as deep as they’ve met themselves.
We are all mirrors for one another. We’ve just been presented with the illusion of separation.
Compassion is key. Understanding is key.
Trauma and hurt is something that we are taught to avoid, when truly that is the very thing that will lead us to grow and evolve and release so that we may hold more love in our hearts for future experiences.
Have more love to share with others.
The healing starts first within. We need to forgive ourselves first.
To realize that we were always enough.
That we have always been worthy. To become our own best friend.
We cannot look to an external source for happiness. It starts in our own hearts.
We must mend our own fences before we try to fix others, or rely on others to fix us.
We all hold a personal responsibility to heal our inner wounds and stop blaming others.
I feel the most challenging thing is trying to juggle compassion for the pain we’re feeling, while holding compassion for the ones who hurt us.
That is never a simple task.
It is a process.
It’s grueling at times.
It’s a lot easier to go unconscious.
Fall into an addiction that will keep you numb and distracted so that you don’t need to feel.
So that you don’t need to heal.
And that is a shame.
Because all we really even living then?
Are we really ever facing our demons, our pain?
Or are we enslaved to it forever?
It doesn’t happen overnight. Be gentle with yourself.
Life is never all unicorns and rainbows.
There are times when we need self reflection, times when we need to take a break from acting out of habit and seriously look around.
Pause before responding.
Look WITHIN at what needs healing.
Find our humanness through the brokenness.

The United States WAS energy independent during the Trump presidency.
There’s nothing like a good old fashioned war to DISTRACT from POLITICAL FAILURES.
You dont fight wars from a position of WEAKNESS.

Turns out the VA hasn’t processed my paperwork.
100% combat disability, no retirement due to the jab.
No pay for the last 45 days, no pay in sight.
Baby due in 2 months.
All thanks to the guy I’m working to replace.
Thanks, Pete Sessions.
And yes, I went to you for help.
