If it is doing that to you, turn it off and walk away. We have lived in a constant state of fear for our entire lives and it is all false. Yes, bad things are happening, but if we let that bring us down then [they] are getting exactly what [they] want.
What God made for us here is a beautiful Reality that has been infected with fear, hate, shame and doubt. The only way back to Reality is by breaking the cycle.
It’s time to pull back on the stick and rise above it. And everyone has to do that for themselves. No one can do it for you.
