The only compass you can go by is your own soul. Especially lightworkers, who are the pioneers, will find little or no support and recognition from your environment.
You have to rely on yourself.
You know deep down where you are heading. You planned this before your birth. Your innate knowledge and instincts in this area will bring you home.
The key to remember is that you cannot overcome the old by struggling or fighting.
Just go with the flow.... and trust.

Dark And Light Back To Balance
Often it is said
That Darkness is bad
And should be avoided
That light should only
Have your attention fully
This claim isn't made by me though
Because I'm here to let you know
That they both are part of you
And of who you are and that
They're equally important to
Make you evolve and grow
There are those that chose
To look away from evil as a whole
Yet those do not comprehend
That even this despised evil
Is part of the whole
Creation
This may be a shock to some
Yet we're here to overcome
Duality and reclaim true free will
Through love is exactly how we will
Come to our innerstanding
Of the importance of bringing
The duality bach to a healthy
Balance and harmony
This had been slowly brought to
Imbalance by a part of society
What will be restored to
Balance by divine guidance
Don't discard evil entirely
For it's just as much a part
Of creation as is the Good
Just choose Light over Dark
Always and give it your heart

I remember the first time I posted something along these lines. It was just a meme pointing out that we need the darkness in order to appreciate the light.
Someone got really upset by it and angrily left the channel. (No, I don’t recall who it was.)
At the time, I knew this comparison to be true, but I didn’t understand it well enough myself in order to explain it properly.
I’m getting it now.
Through my own experiences and the wisdom that has been shared here and other places, I see the bigger picture.
I may not be able to comprehend all the intricacies. But I do KNOW that all of Creation is always working for our highest good.
I trust that completely.
We cannot appreciate the highs unless we feel the lows. We cannot know good unless we encounter evil. We know what we are by also knowing what we are not. And we choose in each moment what we wish to be. ALL options are open to us. It is our free will that creates our reality and, thus, our world.
We live in a realm based on free will. It is the push and pull that allows us to experience ANYTHING and EVERYTHING.
It is how all of this works.
