Can we be gentler, knowing that we all struggle with things and have at one time or another
needed kindness ~
needed understanding,
needed compassion?
How amazing if we could just treat others the way we expect to be treated.
What would Jesus do?
We are being asked at this time in history to be like Jesus.
To forgive and love unconditionally.
To see the beauty in others EVEN WHEN they allow their “ugly“ bruised parts to emerge.
We were ALL made in the image and likeness of Christ our Lord.
Every single one of us is born PERFECT.
Some of us were born into,
or had unfortunate life circumstances that broke us, made us go unconscious, fractured our souls, made us disassociate. Become bitter, lost and angry.
Become addicted to one thing or another to numb the pain,
the sadness, the hurt, the brokenness, just so we could survive and get through this thing called LIFE….
Sometimes encountering a downward spiral that we thought we could never ever come back from.
Only to find out that the journey into the darkness was just the BIRTHING PAINS into our new awareness, our new selves.
All the healing that took place in that darkness was transformed into something beautiful, something undeniable. Something so miraculous.
HEALING took place.
THIS IS MY STORY.
And many others story too.
I still marvel at its brilliance.
Having sunk so deep into the dark abyss, only to re-emerge as a beautiful butterfly ready to spread our wings.
There was safety in that cocoon of “darkness and transformation” all along.
I just couldn’t see it.
I wasn’t lost.
But more, I was waiting to be found.
To be resurrected and reborn.
I was held, by Jesus.
He never left me.
Sometimes just when you think you’ve lost it all, you get catapulted like a slingshot back into the light.
With a whole new awareness,
a whole new perspective,
a whole new panoramic view of what life is really all about.
Why it is we that are here on this planet, ‘seemingly’ suffering.
Growth happens in the suffering.
Oh, the pain~~ It’s REAL.
No doubt about it.
The painful experiences, all REAL and PALPABLE.
But think about what life would be like if it were all unicorns and rainbows, roses and doves.
There would be no opportunities for soul growth.
No opportunities for expansion.
No opportunity to see things from a higher perspective.
The process can be grueling at times, no doubt.
But the satisfaction you feel when you transform yourself is nothing short of a wondrous elation.
A miracle.
Your own personal testimony.
You own it.
You made it happen, through your determination.
Your will to succeed.
In all the struggle, you were triumphant.
There is something so powerful about not giving up.
About fighting through.
About coming out on the other side.
You wind up finding your warrior spirit, sort of by accident.
And it’s a beautiful moment.
We all have that warrior spirit.
It’s in all of us.
The true gift for me, now, is getting to share it with others,
having gone through it firsthand and knowing no matter how dark it gets, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, should you choose to believe.
I am now the vessel through which God works in whatever way he sees fit.
To help my fellow humans.
By being kind.
By sharing hope.
By LOVING BIG.
By embracing people as they are, knowing they are doing the best they know how.
That is the greatest gift of all.
Doing God’s work.
I have surrendered my life to God’s will.
I live in gratitude for the opportunity to serve with love and compassion.
I thank God today and every day for my life and for every single thing that I was shown during my dark night of the soul.
We are all a work in progress.
I am still learning.
We are all butterflies just waiting to be born.
Waiting to fully spread our wings.
Hold that vision 🦋
Let’s help heal this world one testimony at a time.
TOGETHER, we are UNSTOPPABLE.
All it takes is THE WILL and the want to BE THE CHANGE THAT WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

My household goods finally arrive from England today.
Yes, it has taken 3 months.
Yes, we have been living without our “stuff”.
No, I do not want most of it.
Also, our house is less than half the size we had. I honestly don’t know where it’s going to go.
Yay!
Also, my neck has been a painful mess for 4 days now and my contact lens got stuck in my eyelid this morning.
But, do you know what? Those things might have sent me right over the edge in the past. Instead, I am thankful for the blessings of a lovely home in CA where the sun shines all the time.
My neck is HEALING. And that contact finally dropped right out into my hand just as I asked God to have it do.
All is well.

The war that has been waged upon us is one that uses the idea that we aren’t “good enough” to sabotage our own abilities and our connection to Source. The Faith that we SHOULD have in the Father Creator is undermined even from our first moments here. And we are subsequently, gradually, blinded to the Truth of our existence.
God is LOVE. He is ALL things and all things flow with His energy… His essence.
You are part of His essence.

This is kind of a journal entry of sorts this morning…
I’m in a personal shitstorm of my own making - as most of them are.
Trying to fit years of living in large houses and not understanding the influences of the Matrix into a postage stamp of a space.
Long story short - it does not fit. Not even remotely.
It does not fit physically and it does not fit energetically. And I know that the Universe has placed us here, now, in this way to force change and understanding.
It’s overwhelming. And life has thrown in some additional curveballs, but I see it now. I see the why, I see the lessons and I am learning every day. And I am thankful for all of it.
What I see through this process is my own BS. My desire to control. My ideas about what is right, good, acceptable etc. I have battled my way through many of those thought patterns, but as I wake up and look around at the chaos around me, I hear that old, familiar chatter in my head.
But I chuckle because I see it now for what it is.
“Fuck Off, Ego. I’m tired of your yammering.“
I’ve got this. We’ve got this. My family and I are going to tackle this one step at a time with God’s help and guidance. Somehow, He is going to use this mess for GOOD.
The sun is shining and I am immensely grateful. Good things are happening. This is a good day in which I will learn more new things and have more revelations about myself. I get to spend these days with my family learning and growing. I get to exercise my spiritual muscles in this material world in a very intense way. And all the while I know that change is coming in the world. I know it. I can FEEL it.

The Universe is ALWAYS working for our highest good. Even when we can’t see it. Even when we think all has gone “wrong”. It’s when things go “wrong” that we are the most motivated to learn and to grow.
This is when we level-up.
If all was “good” all the time, we would never budge from our comfort zones. We might like to think we would, but is that really true? Probably not.
Always approach EVERYTHING in gratitude trusting that it is all conspiring towards your highest good and most beautiful confluence of events. This is easier said than done, but as soon as we start doing it in earnest, the pieces start to come together. It gets easier and easier.
The magic happens.
The miracles occur.
They really, really do.
