Have you struggled in your life with unfortunate circumstances even though your heart was in the right place?
Did you always put other peoples needs above your own?
Did you struggle with feeling worthy all your life because of past trauma/family issues/past relationships?
Realizing now that you sacrificed your own well-being and health to make someone else happy or just to feel worthy?
Constantly jumping through endless hoops and getting nowhere?
Nothing but pain in return?
That can be a really hard realization when you finally start seeing it clearly.
But remember, there is a greater truth to all of it.
Life is not supposed to be easy.
This is Earth School 101.
We’re here to learn lessons through our relationships with family/in-laws, friends, coworkers, spouses, siblings and everyone we come in contact with for that matter.
Every encounter, positive or negative is meant to teach us something. We are all teachers and students.

There are many books written about why we came here.
Our many visits to this planet for the purpose of soul growth.
So then, think of it.
All of the challenges we’ve encountered have provided us with the opportunities to learn and to grow.
To learn how to more effectively communicate, love, forgive, see the bigger picture, figure out what the lesson was.
Learn what to do differently going forward.
Sometimes though it’s not always easy to come to a peaceful place. We may think we got to a place of forgiveness or higher understanding, but suddenly more and more layers of that trauma surface and you find yourself right back where you started.
Feeling discouraged and defeated.

But I just received several messages today telling me to stay in my heart. Stay in that place of forgiveness. That place of surrender. That God will handle any injustice that has crossed us on our path.
It’s not our burden to carry any more.
Lay it at his feet.
Be at peace.
Keep your head up.
Know that if you have acted out of integrity in any situation you will be rewarded greatly for it.
You will be revered.
You will be honored.
You will be respected.
You will attract abundance.
You will get back what you put out into the world in all of your relationships/connections.
The law of karma is at play this month, big time.
Know it and BE AT PEACE.
Drop the guilt about it.
It wasn’t your doing.
Go forward, setting healthy boundries to take care of your own well-being having learned that lesson the hard way.
It all will balance out.
Keep feeling and releasing.

Look to the light and ALWAYS stay true to your BIG loving heart.
You’re here for a reason.

When you meditate, you are teaching your left and right brain to communicate more effectively, balancing and regulating your brain waves, and increasing your self awareness. Your frequency rises and mind control becomes less effective. If we want to free the world, we must free our own minds first 😎🌎

Cast your net to the right side.

OF YOUR BRAIN.

The right side is the side of creativity, possibility and expansion.
The left side is the logical, “rational” side. The world has been stuck in the left-brain and we all need to activate more of the right.
Meditation helps us do this… as does practicing forgiveness, compassion and Love.
